Color Chooser

Overview
This script adds a command 'colorpicker' that can be used to display a color selection dialog box, from which a color can be chosen. On submitting the dialog, the color is pasted into the current editor in #rrggbb format. If a selection exists in the editor, it is used as the starting color.
